We seem to be having a problem with our Fridge, the air circulating fans want to run all the time, even though the fridge is not turned on!  I noticed and insert in our manual about the air circulating fans and it said they were thermostatic controlled.  Does anyone think this might be the problem.. a thermostat gone bad????????? Called the closest Forest River dealer and he says he can't get to us right now since we did not purchase from him!  They were not selling Rpods when we purchased ours in Sept 09 but they are now!!

It doesn't surprise me that a dealer would not attend you directly.
And I think it isn't fair to do so. But FR has expressed that their dealers
decide such things as they need to.

There have been posts in the "Visiting FR factory" by Sandpiper that lists a few numbers
to call when such issues arise with obtaining parts or service.
I called FR and got a fix for my Pinging LP tanks. I had to install it myself, but
it was an easy fix. Yours may be more complicated, or it might not be.

I would suggest calling FR.
