You need to have an account with a picture storage program such as Photobucket
which supplies you with a "URL" for your picture(s). You then place that "URL" within the signature area which is in your "profile" here. Photobucket is free. |

Howdy Okie !!!
I use picture URLs for both the Avatar and Signature area.
Your Avatar is the pitcher you use of your Pod under your member-name on the extreme left.
The Signature area appears underneath your posts. It can contain pictures and text as you've seen here plenty of times. The Signature is developed using text/pictures and HTML code.
The "Avatar" is placed for you with other "Profile" information.
I believe you can "preview" the Avatar, but to view the Signature area you "Save-profile" and then go check out the result at the forum. (I think)
I hope this helps ya. Im not to good at explaining these things with text.
