No  The 2 generators have to be a matching pair.  Different makes are not compatable either.

thanks. found a honda eu or ex ( i get confused) 1000 generator for $250.  i guess it will be good for keeping the battery charged on stormy days.  didn't know if i could hook it up in a series for A/C.  the answer is no.  

Also, if you keep your inverter ( i have a nature power 400w) on overnight with nothing plugged into it will it still draw on battery?

In order to run 2 Hondas in parallel, you must have the regular unit plus the "companion" unit and the parallel wire kit.   Other makes require matching units also, with a wire kit.
