Batteries are new this year but lately won't charge when the Pod is towed, hooked up to a solar panel or when it is hooked up to electrical outlet at home.   When plugged into the house outlet the cooling fan for the fuse box will not turn on.   Fuses, circuit breakers and battery connections all look good.  Called the local dealer and they suggested checking the inline fuses.   Did some prelim searching and didn't see anything under the pod or along the hitch.  Anyone know where these are located and what they look like?  A picture would be much appreciated.

I tried tracing the main red power cord from the battery back.  Didn't see anything resembling a fuse.  It does connect to an electrical junction box under the drivers side front of the pod and the wire goes to a black plastic piece that looks like a  switch or resistor.
