   We've camped here on two occasions: once in June and again this week. The cost is absolutely amazing - FREE (for us)! They have a pool on site, a boat launch, full hookups (50 Amp), three bathrooms, a laundry facility, adults only game room (with a stripper pole...j/k), a family game room, a dog run, an access to a city park, and a private lake front that is awesome for fishing. The sites are level, the staff is friendly and hospitable. The facilities are super clean and the ambiance is very relaxing. This is a place where you can let your kid run around and feel safe about it. 

As far as the town: A water park, boat/jet ski rentals, food places, a WALMART (LOL), a hatchery (guaranteed to catch fish for kids), and of course sand dunes to take the toys out and play with them. 

Oh, and Chuck the pool police, makes sure that you or any other people violates the pool - HIS pool he manages.

Overall a great experience, especially if you're looking to be L-A-Z-Y for a few days.
