FJpod-
I'm curious about the naked 179!   No stickers....did it come that way or did you peel them off?

Do not wait too long on the FJ as this is the last year of production. The longer you wait, the less chance you have to get the options you want. Also read not too long ago that the FJ holds it's resale value better than any vehicle sold. You can't go wrong with that.

We pull ours with a 2011 Nissan Frontier and are quite happy with the way it performs.

We pulled our MPG (R-Pod knock-off) with a 2010 Frontier. Loved the truck and got 12 mpg towing. Had the Frontier and a Titan until we traded up to a 26 FT Gulfstream Visa. Couldn't afford to feed both of them so we traded the Frontier in. Depending on conditions, we get 12 to 14 towing with the Titan as the Visa is very light for a 26 footer.

Just got back from a trip to Long Beach Washington kite festival, we got 12.5 miles per gallon with FJ cruiser pulling our R-Pod 179. Not too bad.
