Will pick up our new Rp-173 in 6 weeks with screen room. Looking to try and find if you can down load owner Manual from company. No Luck! Need to get a 6 or 8 in drop slip tow ball for my Sliverado I need to know the leveled height of the R pod hitch. Have had pop up for many years with the kids. Now Empty Nester.  This was an affordable compromise to get us back out camping again. We are in South Jersey and looking to meet others in North East. It will be nice to finally have brakes.

	Do you know if there is storage under the sofa on the 173? We pick ours up next Fri. the 10th.

	Hi Thom and Kathy Welcome to the forum! We are empty nesters too except for Gracie, the yellow lab. We had a pop up too and liked the price as well as the solid walls. We camp where they don't have showers so that warm shower sounds good! Ted and Linda
