I've been trying to research the RP-180 model, however it seems not be a popular model with users here and on the other forum. Any particular reason? My wife and I spend some time looking inside a 2016 RP-180 and really like it. We're considering making the purchase, however it's the 2017 model we'd be getting. I'm unsure what/if any differences have been made.

We love our 180. I don't know what if any changes they are making to the 2017. We have had ours since January.

It's only been out since last summer.. Not many have been sold. also, since you left, the Facebook group has exploded and that's where most new owners are.

Thanks for the responses. Guess I'll have to track down the FB group.

Do you have the link to the FB group? I want to make sure I joined the correct one.

We sold our 2016 R-179 and purchased a 2017 R-180 this summer for the following reasons. The 179 had two dump outlets (gray and black). The 180 just one. The 179 sound/TV panel is too high for my wife to access in the 179. The 180 panel is about a foot lower. The 179 wet bath is too small for me. The 180 dry bath is very usable. The 180 shower curtain track is better in the 2017 model than the 2016. The stabilizers on the 2017 model are bigger and more stable than the 179 stabilizers or 2016 180. The 179 table has to be picked up and placed on the dinette seat to secure and travel. The 180 table can travel and be secured where it is. You can sit at the 180 dinette and look out the window. With the 179 the window is at your back. The counter space on the 179 is bigger than the 180. However, with the sink cover on the 180 and table directly at your back there is space enough. We loved the 179, but really love the 180. Check it out.
