We do not have the round window but have a window that would be in an rv door.  Our dealer checked out the door to see if it would be ok to put one in.  They did almost a year ago, and we have been very happy with it.

If you're talking to me, my husband installed it for me. We ordered the window from Ebay. The first hole was the hardest! I love it. You can't see  in but can see out. It's like a great big peephole. And it does let light in.

The term "axle riser" is a bit of a misnomer. The axle riser does not raise the axle at all. It raises the pod an extra 4" or so above the axle.

How can there be a sink in the bathroom and stay the same length? Maybe they can make a Toy Hauler edition as well...would be cool.

I spoke with my dealer today. We won't have the diamond front or the off-road tires. He stated that was a market test in the West only for about 100-150 units to be sold West Coast.
The rest of the upgrades we'll get. I especially welcome the black water flush Smile
Thanks all.

Uphillracer, for only $300 more it sounds like a wise choice to get the Hood River Edition I thought it would cost more. I like the looks of the HRE better. Congradulations on your new Pod!    David and Danette

Yes there is a new one for 2011.
I was negotiating the purchase of one with Jeff Couch and was told about the "upgraded" changes that sounded good to me including the ones you mentioned and  blackwater flush mechanism. THe increase in price came to $300 and I think the POD is better for the changes from the sound of them.
We will pick ours up next FridaySmile
