179 hood river slide out problem

Hello all! I bought a 179 a few months ago and took it out for the first time and everything went well until it was time to go home. We went to retract the slide out and one side hung up. Tried a few more times and no go. I called the place where I bought it and they walked me through to override the process. It worked and we thought the controller needed to reset. Two weeks later and trip #2...I went to do the slide out and same issue. I took it to the service dept today and they thought maybe a motor.they replaced it but still the issue. The problem they found out is the communication cable. It'll take a few weeks to order then complete the job. Anyone else experience this? Bummer for buying something brand new.
